“And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty,” I Corinthians 12:23 NKJV
One of the most important things that can happen to a Christian is the realization that he or she is valuable.
The value of a thing is determined by the amount you pay for it. Apart from the fact that we are wonderfully and fearfully made at creation, the blood of Jesus that was shed for us at Calvary was very precious. Therefore, we need to be convinced beyond any reasonable or unreasonable doubt that we are valuable.
We also need to begin to see the good in others so as to enjoy the best from them. You cannot really appreciate or benefit from others if all you see about them is their shortcomings.
Appreciating the good in others will bring out the best in them. Don’t allow anyone to put you down. You are a jewel of an inestimable value.
Shalom!
