“He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which is translated, the Christ).” John 1:41NKJV Jesus found Philip and called him to follow Him. Phillip did not keep his experience to himself alone, he informed Nathaniel saying: “We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”(vs.45) Has Jesus found you? Do you have an ongoing relationship with Him? If you do, there is some work that God expects you to be involved in. Let us consider a few. God wants you to reach out to the lost. There are members of your own household that need to be saved. Do not give up on them. Andrew first found his own brother Simon and told him about Jesus. Imagine if Andrew never gave Simon a chance? Simon Peter turned out to be very significant in Jesus’ ministry. He was one of His prominent apostles. Saving a soul could turn out to be saving millions of souls. Father, help me to reach out to people around me, starting from my Jerusalem. Kingdom Blessings! Have a wonderful day!
