People typically don’t realise that in addition to physical and mental health, there’s another area of our lives we need to make sure we’re not neglecting . . . our spiritual health.
If you aren’t exercising spiritually, then it doesn’t matter how fit you are, how healthy you eat, or how much sleep you get, you’re going to feel sluggish and uninspired in your daily life!
What’s the best way to get that exercise? By immersing yourself in the Word of God.
