“Keep vigilant watch over your heart; that’s where life starts.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4:23 ‭MSG‬ Most people worry about water pollution, food pollution, air pollution but never worry about mind pollution and that is the most serious pollution. What you fill your mind with, will determine the level of stress in your life. If you want peace of mind you have to control what you allow in it. Your mind is not a freeway that anything can drive through. Don’t fill your mind with all sorts of garbage, poison and toxins. Whatever you put in your mind will come out in your life. Beware of seeing movies you shouldn’t see, shows you shouldn’t watch, listening to gossip, etc. You need to control what you allow in your mind. “Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭119:11‬ ‭NKJV Blessings!
